Project Examples

Creating Operating plans.
Crafted an operating plan for a Series A investment to maximize ROI. Projected revenue increase of 170%. Built a business plan to extend the brand into a new industry, gathered buy-in and insight from attorneys and investors to establish risk structure and built execution plan.

Brand redesign.
Conducted a competitive audit for a new brand. Built out messaging pillars and brand pillars. Created a look and feel for the brand and implemented redesign of new website and all sales and consumer facing materials.

Built and led a marketing plan for a film premiere and product tie-in of a celebrity endorsed product launch. Negotiated and built a national execution plan for the launch and distribution of a hemp product line in over 1,200 AATAC convenience stores.
